Besides his regular bands, Nathan also has extensive experience with independent projects. He's worked extensively as a session musician on jam sessions, recordings, and other projects. For example, in 2023, he toured with the German band "Der Neuer Planeet" as a backup guitarist, and he's worked on several projects with the YouTuber "Sina Drums."

Nathan also performed and sang in a Peter Green Tribute band alongside Vedran Mirčetić (De Staat) on guitar, Mike Sedee (Black Bottle Riot) on bass, and Bas Janssen (The Stone Souls).
